Claudio Morotti, founding partner of Prosolve, born on 1962, Board Chairman, started his professional activity in the auditor sector in 1983.
After obtaining the professional certificate of fiduciary (1990) and having completed the requested additional professional practice, he concluded his specific professional formation achieving the degree of Swiss certified public accountant (1994). Since 1994 he has always followed uninterrupted professional updating in accordance with the provisions issued by EXPERTsuisse.
In 1998, he decided to start an independent professional activity, founding Prosolve SA. His aim in particular was to supply audit services to care about the specific requirements of every single customers.
Mr. Morotti is licensed to carry out audit services as audit expert FAOA.

Fabio Cecchini, partner of Prosolve, born on 1986, member of the administrative board, joined the company during 2006, after having concluded his basic education. From that moment, after a first phase of introduction, he undertook the training in order to become a specialist in finance and accounting (2013). Later on he aimed for the Swiss Certified Expert for Accounting and Controlling with Advanced Federal Diploma of Professional Education and Training (PET), which he brilliantly achieved in 2016. During the summer 2013, Mr. Cecchini received, from the Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA), the rating to carry out in quality of licensed auditor FAOA.

Marco Büyükdag, born on 1987, prosecutor of Prosolve, joined the company during 2012. After having obtained the Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI) in 2010 he worked as an intern in many companies before undertaking the professional carrier in this line of work.
After a couple of months, considering his well-developed attitudinal and personal skills, Marco has been included in our team and started an additional specific training intended to achieve the diploma of Swiss certified public accountant. During the summer 2013, Mr. Büyükdag received from the Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) the rating to carry out in quality of licensed auditor FAOA.
