PROSOLVE SA<\/strong> \u2013 Societ\u00e0 di revisione contabile e consulenza aziendale, Lugano<\/em>, is an independent audit company, active since its establishment in 1998 in the specific branch of qualified Audit Assurance Engagements and advice.<\/p>\n

PROSOLVE SA is member of two national associations, namely EXPERTsuisse – Swiss Expert Association for Audit, Tax and Fiduciary services and Fiduciari|Suisse<\/em>. Since its establishment, the company is allowed to supply high professional standard\u2019s audit services (1998-2008: auditor particularly qualified; 2009-now: licensed audit expert FAOA), as also services according to the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA) for financial intermediary affiliated with OAD-FCT and Fiduciari|Suisse entity.<\/p>\n

Our services are oriented towards the SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). However, during the years we had the possibility to start interesting collaborations with groups operating on an international scale. For them we take care of Audit Assurance Engagements services and the coordination with the respective group\u2019s accounting auditors.<\/p>\n

Our team is composed of five collaborators, three of which are active on Audit Assurance Engagements and two in advisory. To support our activity, we regularly integrate in our team, students and valiant intern (normally last year USI\/SUPSI students), who can experience first-hand this work-environment.<\/p>\n

Our Portfolio consists of around 130 mandates (subdivided between ordinary and limited audits) and around 40 advisory services.<\/p>\n

The implementation of our assignments is always conducted with conscientious observance for the ethics\u2019 code and the relevant legislation, which fulfill the international financial standards.<\/p>\n

For this reason, we pay peculiar attention to the independence principles and to the professional formation of our collaborators, especially with uninterrupted, recurrent ongoing training and updating.<\/p>\n

PROSOLVE is registered by the Federal Audit Oversight Authority FAOA (registration number: 500693) and is qualified from this body to supply expert auditor services.<\/p>\n
